Novera in the Region
Novera was founded at the initiative of international clients who recognized our quality, professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail through long-term cooperation.
We are directly present in Serbia, from where we cover the markets of Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia.
Through our partner network, we cover most EU countries, including Hungary, Romania, Poland, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as Far East markets such as India and the UAE.

Martina Lalić
Managing Partner | HRIS Implementation Consultant & Payroll Expert
Martina graduated from the Faculty of Sciences at the University of Novi Sad, Geography Department, and later completed postgraduate studies in accounting and auditing. However, Human Resources and payroll naturally became her chosen professional path.
She has extensive experience leading HRIS system implementations across Serbia and the region, successfully collaborating with leading payroll partners and EOR/PEO service providers such as ADP, Celegro, Papaya Global, and Safeguard Global. Thanks to her expertise, Martina has gained international recognition, publishing professional articles in the prestigious Global Payroll Management Institute, conducting seminars, and serving as a keynote speaker at international events.
In Serbia, her career spans international corporations, from startups to complex holding structures, in leadership HR positions. During this time, she successfully managed all phases of Human Resources — from recruitment and talent development to strategic planning and the implementation of modern HR technologies and process digitalization.
Her expertise includes leading large teams, managing change, and creating inclusive, high-performance work cultures, significantly contributing to the growth and stability of the organizations she serves.
Tijana Lalić
Global Talent Acquisition I Strategic Business Development & Growth
Master’s degree in Psychology with expertise in talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR solutions.
Leads complex end-to-end recruitment processes, from defining hiring strategies to evaluating candidates through structured interviews and psychological assessments, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. Her work centers on identifying potential, competencies, and organizational fit.
Specialized in organizational design, including the development of structures, competency frameworks, and the enhancement of organizational effectiveness.
Has contributed to the implementation of 360° feedback systems and the analysis of key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
Designs and delivers programs focused on leadership and managerial capability development, as well as assessment processes through assessment centers and analysis of complex HR data.
Through client engagement, contributes to the development of sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
